The Estate Department will start a site at www.dvlottery.state.gov and people can apply electronically, with photos, scanned and send it via e-mail.
Letting us to do the job, of filling and sending your application, increase 50% your chances of been selected, but we can not assure you your name will came out, it is a Lottery!

Qualifications:
The general requirements are: The applicant's is country of birth is an eligible country and that the applicant is in possession of a high school degree or is equivalent, or in the last five years, have two years of work experience, in an occupation to need at list two years of training or experience. A basic application should be completed and a photo passport type of the face, size 2 x 2 inches,in color with white background, 50% of the head looking at front, no hats or glasses. In case his children and spouse are in same application, their photos are required, even if their do not apply. Do not send photos printed in paper!
Works accepted: Qualifying experience shall be based upon the most recent list published by the Estate Department in Internet.
Applicant have to pass a physical test after been elected, and shall not have any police record! Authorized Countries.

If you plan to apply trhough us, send the form Applicants Information with a photo, and the photos of your wife and children under 21 years old, with a check over a US bank for $ 30.00 dls, or $ 50.00 for your wife and children if are included in your application., or in cash well protected in a not transparent envelope, and Registered International Mail, to:

If your Country of birth, is not in the list, you still can get in the Lottery, if your spouse or parents where born in a selected Country.
A"Native" means someone entitled to be "charged" to a particular country under the provisions of section 202b of the Immigration and Nationality Act. Applicants for the DV 2005 registration can claim changeability to the country of birth of an spouse or parent.

Q: What is it a Diversity Visa?
A: Is an Immigration Visa, to include a Green Card, so the person selected can live and work legally in any State of the US. After five years of constant residence, this person can apply for Citizenship.
Q: What is it a Temporary Visa?
A: Is two types of Temporary Visas: Those to include a working permit, and those to not let the person to work legally in this country. Ex: An HB-1 visa, is a permit for a person to hold a university degree, to emigrate and work for a company in this country, for a period of three to six years, by contract.
A Tourist or Student visa, are temporary Visas, and those persons have no right to work legally in this country.
