A: In the year 2009 will be another Lottery of Diversity Visas, with more of 50,000 visas for different authorized Countries, by the Department of Immigration and Naturalization Services. Check if you qualify, go to: instructions to apply for DV Lottery 2011.

You have to unload an application, click here for the form , and send all your information and photos plus payment (at end of form).. We will fill the information in a page in Internet for you, including the photos
If more members of your family can apply, this give you more chances, spouses can apply each one separate, or sons too, if any one get selected, he or she will take the rest of the family with her.

If you want to apply for yourshelf or any member of your family fill the application and send. pictures of your face in color or black & white, 2 inches by 2 inches, from the front, and pictures of any family member to go with you or not in same application, do not include any children over 21 years of age..

CHARGES:
If you decide to let the Immigration Clinic do the application for you, their will charge $30.00 dls per applicant, and $ 55.00 for the family including spouse and children in same application; payments shall be done by check with founds in USA and or International Money Order.

Send one Aplicant's Information form per applicant , an one photo of each, in color white background face looking at front, size 2 by 2 inches. Name of applicant in the back of each photo. We will fill the application, and scan the photos on Internet to avoid mistakes.
Make check over US banks or Money Order on the name of: SAM MOSS PRODUCTIONS, Immigration Clinic, and send it with application and photos to: 3897 Mira Loma Dr.. Santa Maria, CA 93455 USA.
